Currently in evernote, you have a VERY basic dialog associated with that short-cut to insert a hyperlink there (you can't even specify the link text). It would already be HUGE improvement if this process could be improved.įor my job I use Confluence (wiki-tool by Atlassian), where there is a simple short-cut (Control-K) to insert a hyperlink.
Selecting the note, and doing control-c, control-v doesn't even work (it only copies the note title, not the link). Go back to my previous note, then paste the note (control-V). Currently I have to search for the related note, then right-click that note -> "copy note link". From within my notes, I currently add links a lot. I realise this is a completely new feature.ī: Improve the current functionality (control-K). (I'm using mainly the Windows app.) I've listed some ideas below.Ī: Like another user already mentioned: it would be good to have a "linked notes" section, perhaps at the bottom of a note. I have MANY notes which I want to link to each other, which is currently very cumbersome.
